An 8-hour nationally recognized training that teaches you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health challenges and substance use disorders.
Mental Health First Aid is a nationally recognized public education program that teaches the skills needed to help someone experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge. Just like CPR teaches hands-on skills to help someone in physical crisis, Mental Health First Aid teaches you to provide initial support until professional help is available.
